• Submitting an application for business financing or related services;
• Requesting information about our products and services;
• Communicating with us regarding your application or account; and
• Accessing content made available to the public.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

4. Applications and Financing

Submitting an application through the Site does not constitute an offer or commitment to lend. All financing is subject to underwriting review and approval, verification of information provided, and execution of appropriate documentation. Terms, rates, and availability of financing products may change without notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted through the Site. We may verify any information you provide and may decline an application or withdraw an offer if information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from United Capital Funds regarding your application, account, and funding options. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 888-611-0425. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of United Capital Funds or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
